| 摘 要： | 通过对国内已经生产的直缝埋弧焊钢管母材与焊缝力学性能指标以及钢管几何尺寸指标的列举,说明我国已经基本具备了为海底管线提供符合API SPEC 5L、DNV-OS-F101等规范要求的直缝埋弧焊钢管的能力.但与国外先进钢管生产厂相比,在产品整体质量的稳定性、计算机管理系统的应用及质量保证体系的运行方面尚有一定的差距.

| Abstract: | It shows that China has basically been provided with the capacity to supply longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe which can meet the requirements of API Spec.5L and DNV-OS-F101,etc.for sub sea pipeline via particularizing the mechanical properties index of parent material and weld of longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe and geometry dimension index of the pipe manufactured already by China.However,it still has certain difference in stability of integrity quality of products,application of computer control system and operation of quality assurance system compared with advanced pipe manufacture in foreign countries. |
