| 摘 要： | 文章对中性点有效接地系统电力客户电能计量方式进行了探讨，分析了用两表法(三相三线两元件电能表)计量有效接地系统电力客户有功和无功电能所产生的测量误差，以及对电能计量的影响，并提出了用三表法(三相四线三元件电能表)代替两表法计量电能时应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | The paper makes a probe about the neutral point effectively earthed consumer's power quantity metrical method,and analyses the metrical error's influence on the power quantity measurement which produces by measuring the above-mentioned consumer's useful work and useless work energy by using the double-meter method(three phases three lines and double components energy meter),also the paper proposes the noticed problems of using the three-meter method (three phases three lines and three components energy meter)to replace the double-meter one in the energy measurement process. |
