| 摘 要： | 针对新形势下高校毕业生求职就业时存在的常见法律问题,在分析高校就业法制教育工作缺失的基础上,提出了关于从就业法制知识普及、就业法律问题发现、就业法律困难援助、就业法制教育保障等四方面建立健全高校就业法制教育工作机制的构想。
