语篇分析在大学英语说明文教学中的应用

摘    要:语篇分析自问世以来,受到语言学界的巨大关注。不少学者在此方面做了很多的探讨和研究。传统的大学英语教学着眼在句子和词汇的解释层面上,结果导致学生的阅读能力不高,语言交际能力较差。把语篇分析应用在大学英语教学中,可以较大地改善学生的阅读能力。同时,语篇分析中的体裁分析,也能帮助学生在阅读中提高写作能力。

Abstract:Discourse analysis has drawn great attention among linguistics since its appearance.Many scholars have made researches on it.Traditional college English teaching focused on the level of explanation of vocabulary and sentences,which resulted in students' lower reading ability and communicative skills.To apply discourse analysis in college English teaching can greatly improve students' reading ability;meanwhile the genre analysis of discourse analysis can help improve their writing ability.The article mainly deals with the application of discourse analysis in college English teaching of expository writings with a certain teaching demonstration.
