关于救灾物资分配问题的优化模型

在各种各样的抢险救灾行动中,应急物资的合理分配在降低灾害的影响方面体现出重要作用。本文首先确立了通过合理优化物资分配使其能最大限度降低灾害的影响为根本分配原则,接着对不同物资给定了适当的权重并确定了不同灾民受灾程度的判定标准,在此基础上用救灾效果表示整个救灾过程使灾情降低的程度。最后给出了一个具体灾情,并用量化后的模型求出最优解。

Distribution of Relief Supplies on the Optimization Model

Rational distribution of emergency shows an important role in reducing the impact of disasters.This paper establishes the rational and optimal material distribution so that it can minimize the impact of disasters as a fundamental principle of distribution.Then give the different materials the different appropriate weight to determine the different criteria of disaster victims.On the basis of results says the relief process which reduces the degree of the disaster.Finally,use the model to quantify the optimal solution with a specific disaster.
