| 摘 要： | 在社会主义市场经济发展和政府职能转变的新时期,社科类学会有着广阔的发展空间和良好的社会环境。但在当前,社科类学会作为民间社会组织的一部分,存在着诸如制度建设配套不完善,运行机制陈旧,队伍建设滞后等问题,影响和制约着社科类学会在新时期的发展。因此,社科类学会要紧跟社会发展步伐,改革创新机制和内容,借力兴业,实现自身的科学发展。
