| 摘 要： | 危机猛如虎,实力再强大的企业也难以经受危机的不断折磨与冲击。对于卓越的现代企业领导者而言,如何管理危机与如何运营企业同样重要。后者可以保证企业沿着正确的、成功的道路前进,而前者则可以为企业营造出一个和谐的、有利的发展环境。二者的完美配合,则是现代企业获得迅速发展的助推剂。
