摘    要:为了提高线切割机床加工的找正精度和加工精度,以槽轮零件为例,对线切割机床加工带凸缘的盘类零件的传统工艺存在的问题及原因进行了分析,指出造成传统工艺精度不高的关键原因是工件的装夹问题,并对此提出了改进的方法:采用支撑板定位装夹工件。实践证明:采用该工艺后,装夹只需一次完成,省去穿丝找正过程,机床自身保证了定位、加工精度,并且该工艺节省了2/3装夹时间,极大降低了劳动强度,提高了效率。

Improvement of the Process for Discoid Parts with Flange by Using WEDM
Abstract:Parts of grooved wheel are exemplified to improve the process of plate-shaped parts with rim for machining line cutters.Comparatively, conventional process requires multiple times of claiming, which results in accumulative errors and low alignment precision.Besides, it has some requirements for the remained amount of clamping.Thus, it is not only time-consuming and laborious, but also leads to low machining precision. Once the process is improved, the clamping can be completed for all at one time.Without the need for threading silk and aligning, the cutter independently guarantees the positioning and the machining precision.Furthermore, the process saves two-thirds of the time for clamping, so it greatly decreases labor intensity and increases work efficiency.
