高校青年教师说课评价体系的构建

摘    要:说课训练是高校青年教师培养的一个重要项目,目的是让青年教师全面了解课堂教学活动,解决教学理论的实际应用问题,缩短其职业成长的周期。说课对于青年教师开展教学研究和进行高质量的教学活动有积极引导作用,而客观公正的评价会提升说课训练的成效。运用层次分析法给出说课评价的指标体系,把说课评价标准定量化、简单化,以增强说课评价的客观性和科学性。

The Construction of the Evaluation Standard System of Speaking Lesson for Young Teachers in Colleges
Abstract:In order to have a comprehensive understanding of classroom teaching activities, solve the practical problems of educational theory, and shorten the period of career growth, speaking lesson is an important project for young teachers training in many colleges.It plays a positive guiding role in carrying out high quality teaching research and activities for young teachers.However, objective and fair evaluation for speaking lesson can promote the effectiveness of training.By using the analytic hierarchy process to give specific teaching evaluating indicator system, it makes the speaking lesson evaluation standard quantification and simplification, and enhances the objectivity and scientific nature of the evaluation.
