摘    要:探讨了给硫体和TCY/给硫体2种不同硫化体系对CR/SBR共混胶硫化特性、硫化橡胶力学性能和耐热老化性能的影响。结果表明:含DTDM的共混胶焦烧时间较长。正硫化时间较短,硫化特性较好。采用TCY/给硫体复合硫化体系且随着TCY用量的增加,CR/SBR硫化橡胶拉伸强度先增大后减小,TCY用量为1份拉伸强度达到最大值(23.0MPa)。2种不同硫化体系的硫化橡胶耐热老化性能都较好,老化后拉伸强度保持率在100%左右,拉断伸长率保持率也在70%左右。

Abstract:The effects of 2 kinds of different curing systems, such as the sulfur donors and TCY/ sulfur donors, on the curing characteristics,mechanical properties and heat age resistance of CR/SBR blends were studied. The results showed that the scorch time of the blends with DTDM was long, the optimum cure time was short, and the curing characteristics were good; The tensile strength of CR/ SBR vulcanizates first increased and then decreased with increasing of TCY content and by using the TCY/ sulfur donors curing system. And the maximum value of the tensile strength was 23.0MPa by adding lphr TCY. The heat age resistance of the vulcanizates cured with the 2 kinds of curing systems was good, and the retentions of the tensile strength and elongation at break were 100% and 70%, respectively.
