摘    要:石油钻机绞车刹车鼓在下钻过程中,由于热负荷的作用会发生热疲劳破坏。作者将刹车鼓设计成由本体及替换磨损片两部分组成,以便使刹车鼓本体可以长期使用。实验证明,在钻机上采用这种结构的刹车鼓是可行的。


Brakc Rims with Bolted-on Wearing Blocks
Abstract:The brake rims on drilling rig drawworks are subjected to heat load during string lowering and will end in thermal fatigue failure. In order to extend the rim life, the writer suggests to divide the rim into two parts——the rim body and number of bolted-on replaceable wearing blocks. A prototype was put to test on an experimental set-up. The writer considers that rims of this new design are applicablefor field use.
