摘    要:对制备高吸水腈纶的水解工艺进行了研究。结果表明,水解时间和温度以及氢氧化钠浓度都对腈纶的吸水率有影响。水解时间越长,水解温度越高,纤维的吸水率越大,但其外观与机械性能将变差,氢氧化钠浓度在10%左右时纤维的吸水率出现最大值。水解的适宜条件:氢氧化钠浓度8%~12%,水解时间10~12min,水解温度80~90℃。

Abstract:The hydrolysis process for high-water absorption PAN fiber was studied. The experimental results showed that the water absorption of PAN fiber was affected by hydrolysis time and temperature and sodium hydroxide concentration as well. The water absorption was improved with the increase of hydrolysis time and temperature, but the appearance and the mechanical properties of PAN fiber was decreased. The maximum water adsorption was observed at sodium hydroxide concentration about 10%. The proper hydrolysis conditions was as followed; sodium hydroxide concentration 8% - 12% , hydrolysis time 10 - 12 min and hydrolysis temperature 80 - 90 ℃.
