摘    要:以核主泵用圆弧槽流体动压机械密封为研究对象,建立了端面液膜压力控制方程,应用有限元法分析了稳态工况下圆弧槽几何结构参数对密封性能参数的影响,以在较高液膜刚度条件下获得较低泄漏量为几何参数的优化准则,得到了密封具有优良综合性能的几何参数优选范围.结果表明:当槽深比为2.0~6.0,槽数为8~24,槽宽范围在0.75 mm至端面外内半径之差的1/2,圆弧槽内半径小于和等于时端面外内半径之差的1/2时,密封具有优良综合工作性能.

Abstract:A mathematic model was set up to get film pressure between two faces of a hydrodynamic mechanical seal with circular grooves onto its surface for a primary coolant pump.Finite element analyse method was used to analyze sealing performances varying with geometric structure parameters under steady-state conditions.The optimum geometric parameters were presented based on the criterion of getting large film stiffness or opening force while maintaining reasonable leakage.The results show that such a seal is exce...
