新型旋转床性能研究

摘    要:研究了新型折流式旋转床的压降和传质性能。以乙醇 -水为物系 ,对不同转速和气液流量下的压降与传质性能进行了精馏试验。结果表明 ,旋转床气相压降随 F因子和旋转速度的增大而增大 ;传质效率随旋转速度的增大而增大 ,但随通量的增加几乎不发生变化。分离效果最高能达到5 .8块理论塔板 ,相当于每米 48.3块理论塔板。

Abstract:The pressure drop and mass- transfer efficiency of the new rotating bed are studied. Data are collected on m ass- transfer efficiency and pressure drop under distillation conditions,different rotational speeds and gas- liquid flow with the ethanol- water system . The results indicate that the pressure drop increases as F factor or rotational speeds increase. The higher mass- transfer efficiency values correspond to the higher rotating speeds. The flux effects on mass- transfer efficiency were found to be sm all in this work. The num ber of theoretical trays can reach to 5 .8. It is equal to 48.3theoretical trays per m eter.
