浅谈中国建筑施工企业风险管理状况与研究

随着我国建筑市场对外开放程度的逐步加大,投资主体逐渐呈现多元化,工程项目及管理呈现大型化和复杂化的趋势,这对工程风险管理提出了更高的要求,如何有效地防范和控制风险已成为工程项目能否顺利进行的决定性因素。目前,我国的工程项目风险管理尚处于起步阶段,建筑企业普遍存在着风险管理意识淡薄和管理能力差的问题。基于此现状,本论文就我国建筑施工企业风险管理的研究状况进行了分析探讨。

On Risk Administration Conditions Concerning Construction Enterprises in China

Along with the gradual increase of the building market of the Chinese country opening to the outside world, investing main bodies gradually diversified, while large-scale engineering projects and managements appear to be complicated, the project risk management has, therefore, put forward higher requirements on how to effectively prevent and control the risks. This has become a key factor whether the project can proceed smoothly or not. At the present, our country＇s engineering project risk management is still set at the starting stage, construction enterprises are challenged with weak risk management consciousness and poor management ability. Based on this situation, this paper tries to analyze the present China＇s construction enterprise risk management researches.
