| 摘 要： | 利用CE-440型元素分析仪测定了有机样品中碳、氢、氮三元素。在仪器厂家推荐的工作条件下,对各元素的K值变化规律进行了研究。在分析6～10个样品后加入标准样品,对样品进行K值校正,可提高实测值的准确性。4种标准样品乙酰苯胺、胱氨酸、己二酸和苄基硫脲盐酸盐的实测值与理论值吻合,相对误差都在1.54%以内。对标样乙酰苯胺进行13次平行性实验,碳、氢、氮3元素的相对标准偏差RSD(n=13)分别为0.09%、0.33%、0.22%。

| Abstract: | Carbon,hydrogen and nitrogen in organic samples were determined with CE-440 elemental analyzer.Under optimized experimental conditions recommended by the manufacture,the regularities of slope variations of carbon,hydrogen and nitrogen were investigated.After 6~10 samples were analyzed,standard samples were added for calibration to improve the accuracy.Carbon,hydrogen and nitrogen in 4 standard samples（acelanilide,cystine,hexane diacid and benzylithiuronium chloride） were tested,the results were in agreement with the theoretical values.Parallel experiments were performed for standard sample acelanilide,the RSDs（n=13） of C,H and N were 0.09%,0.33% and 0.22%,respectively. |
