微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定鸡蛋中的硒

摘    要:通过对两种样品前处理方法的比较,建立了微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定鸡蛋中硒的方法。该方法测定硒的线性范围为0~250ng/mL,相关系数r=0.9994,检出限0.24ng/mL,回收率98.29%~128.57%。方法快速准确。实验结果表明,普通鸡蛋中硒含量约为0.18mg/kg,富硒鸡蛋中硒含量约为0.51mg/kg。

Abstract:Through comparision of two sample pre-treatment methods,a microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry method for the determination of selenium in eggs was established.The linear range was 0~250ng/mL(r=0.994),the detection limit was 0.24ng/mL and the recovery was 98.29%~128.57%.The method is fast and accurate.The experimental results show that the selenium content in common eggs is about 0.18mg/kg and in selenium-enriched eggs it is about 0.51mg/kg.
