室式锻造加热炉的设计创新

摘    要:结合实际工程项目(室式锻造加热炉群)的设计、施工以及调试,介绍了沿用传统炉型在设计中的创新。通过采取双排烟口结构、复合型炉衬、先进的燃烧控制方法等措施,进行了多处创新(本炉型已获得国家实用新型专利)。该项目中6种规格共计17台室式加热炉均已投入生产,节能减排效果良好,达到了预期的要求。

Abstract:Combined with the design, construction and commissioning of the practical engineering project (the chamber forging heating furnace group),the innovations in the design of the traditional type furnace were introduced. Through taking measures such as the dual exhaust structure, the complex furnace lining and the advanced control methods, a number of innovations were carried out (this furnace type had been granted the national utility model patent). There were 6 kinds of a total of 17 chamber furnaces in this project had been put into production, and the effects of energy saving and emission were good, the expected requirements were achieved.
