货舱横梁模态仿真与实验对比研究

摘    要:特种车辆常处于公路以外的恶劣路况进行长途运输,对各承载部件的强度和振动特性都有较高要求.针对某货舱支架横梁在使用中出现焊缝开裂的情况,建立该横梁的仿真模型,对振动特性及结构强度进行了仿真分析,并与实验结果做对比研究.结果表明:仿真计算和实验结果基本一致,实现部件结构优化及可靠性的提高.

Abstract:Special vehicle used in the bad road conditions for long-distance transportation,the strength and vibration characteristics of bearing components have higher requirements.In view of the welding seam cracking of a cargo hold support beam in use,the simulation model of the beam was established,the vibration characteristics and structural strength were simulated and analyzed,and the results were compared with the experimental results.The results show that the simulation results are basically consistent with the experimental results,and the optimization of component structure and the improvement of reliability are realized.
