| 摘 要： | 本文对高职软件技术专业培养中的课程置换进行研究,发现课程置换已经成为许多高校提升自己办学水平,拓宽学生就业渠道的有效途径,同时,针对课程置换中存在的师资、课程设置等问题,并提出了将非学历教育引入到学历教育中的对策。

| Abstract: | The replacement of courses has become the effective way to enhance teaching standards and Expand students' employment channels by many colleges and universities. But there are some problems in the courses-replacement,for example: teacher resources、course interpose。Non-diploma education can be lead into the diploma programs better by discovering and solving their problem. |
