SOM网络模型在刑事案件并案侦查中的应用

在公安信息化应用过程中，对于刑事案件信息系统数据的应用仅限于存储、查询、和检索，而对这些数据进行更深层次的挖掘必将有利于提高案件的侦破水平和破案效率。并案侦查是公安机关刑事案件侦查中的一种重要手段，文章针对刑事案件信息数据的特点，在对案件相关信息预处理的基础上，通过构建自组织特征映射神经网络，对相同或相似案件进行聚类分析，为刑侦人员串并案件提供了一种新的方法，同时也为公安机关进行案件分析、发布预警信息提供辅助参考依据。

Application of SOM Network Model in the Investigation by Combining Cases

At the course of application of public security system informationization, the application of criminal cases information system data is limited to storage, query, and retrieval, mining deeper the data will certainly be conducive to improve the detection level and detection efficiency. Investigation by combining cases is an important means of the investi-gation of criminal cases in public security departments. Aiming at the characteristics of criminal cases information in data- base, by constructing sore neural network, the hierarchical cluster analysis was used to analyze the same or similar criminal cases in the paper. It provides a new approach for criminal investigation police to combine cases, and also provides supple-mentary reference for public security departments to analyze criminal cases and release early warning information.
