EPS保温砂浆配比试验分析

摘    要:在提高EPS保温砂浆产品性能的同时,注重其成本的控制.从吸水率、抗压强度、导热系数等指标出发,通过正交设计和statistica数学软件分析的方法寻找到了EPS保温砂浆的较佳配比.新配方成本与原配方成本相比降低了1.7%,且其性能有一定提升.

Abstract:EPS thermal insulaton mortar(ETIM) has become a new building material, it not only has an eximious capability of thermal insulation but also has a good working ability. The performance of ETIM is improved, besides, attention to cost control is paid. With the help of orthogonal design and statistics, water absorption, compressive strength and thermal conductivity are discussed and project of mix proportion is obtained. Compared with the old mix proportion, not only the cost of the new one is reduced by 1.7%, but also the performance has been enhanced.
