摘    要:分析了安装座的冲压工艺性,介绍了其特殊级进模总体设计结构和排样方案。实践证明,该模具结构合理、可靠,能保证产品质量,对此类零件的级进模设计有参考价值。

Abstract:The stamping process for a soleplate component part was analyzed.The general structure and layout design of a progressive die for the forming were presented.The application showed that the die operates reliably and can ensure the product quality.
