支撑刚度对轴向柱塞泵固有频率及应力影响分析

摘    要:通过轴向柱塞泵内部振动传递路径分析,得到振动的最终受体是壳体;针对壳体进行正常工作状态下的模态分析,并将壳体支撑简化为弹性支撑,分析支撑刚度对轴向柱塞泵固有频率的影响规律;利用响应谱分析方法,分析壳体在瞬间载荷作用下产生的最大位移与最大应力随支撑刚度的变化规律。结果表明:支撑刚度越高,泵固有频率越高;并且支撑刚度的提高会减小泵所受到的应力,但是当刚度接近固支刚度时,继续增加刚度,减振效果不再明显。

Analysis of Natural Frequency and Stress Effect of Axial Piston Pump with Support Stiffness
Abstract:Through the vibration transfer path analysis inside axial piston pump, the shell is gotten as the final receptor of vibration. The shell modal analysis was carried out by aimed at the shell under normal working condition. Shell supports were simplified as elastic ones, and the effect law of support stiffness to natural frequency of the axial piston pump was investigated. With the response spectrum analysis method, the maximum displacement and maximum stress of shell under the transient load of the shell were analyzed and got its change rule with support stiffness. The results show that the higher support stiffness, the higher natural frequency of the pump is, and the increase of support stiffness will reduce stress of pump, but when stiffness is close to fixed stiffness, if to increase stiffness continuously, the effect of vibration reduction is no longer obvious.
