超声钻探加工下Fe-Cr-B合金的摩擦性能研究

摘    要:利用超声波在加工纵向高频振动传播来实现精细加工的优势,为了提高铁基材料钻孔成型的摩擦表面特性,研究Fe-Cr-B合金在超声钻探加工下成型的微观结构,分析加工参数(振动频率和负载)对摩擦性能的影响。研究结果表明:Fe-Cr-B合金由Fe相、FeCr相和Fe_2B相组成,各相在合金基体中分布均匀。由于基体中Fe_2B相的形成,抗犁沟和塑性变形能力得到进一步提高,硼元素对Fe-Cr合金具有良好的强化作用。在超声钻探加工下,Fe-Cr-B合金的摩擦因数随着载荷和振动频率的增加而降低,随着振动频率的增加,试样在不同速率条件下的磨损率轻微降低,Fe-Cr-B合金的磨损机制为轻微的犁沟和塑性变形。

Friction Performance Research on Fe-Cr-B Alloy under Ultrasonic Drilling
Abstract:Using ultrasound in processing high frequency longitudinal vibration transmission, the advantage of fine processing is realized. In order to improve the drilling of iron base material forming of the characteristics of friction surface, the Fe-Cr-B alloy microstructure under ultrasonic drilling processing molding was researched, and the influence of processing parameters (vibration frequency and load) on the friction performance was analyzed. The research results show that the Fe-Cr-B alloy consists of Fe phase, FeCr and Fe2B phases, and uniform distribution of each phase is in the alloy substrate. Because Fe2B phase in the matrix formed, furrows and plastic deformation resistance is increased further, and boron element in Fe-Cr alloy has good reinforcement effect. Under the ultrasonic drilling process, Fe-Cr-B alloy friction coefficient is reduced with the increase of load and vibration frequency, and increased with the increase of vibration frequency. Samples under the condition of different rate have slightly lower wear rate, and wear mechanism of Fe-Cr-B alloy is slight furrow and plastic deformation.
