高效液相色谱法测定染发剂中21种禁限用成分

建立了测定染发剂中21种禁限用染料成分的高效液相色谱法。样品经无水乙醇和水(V无水乙醇∶V水=1∶1)的混合溶液超声提取,使用Welch Xtimate-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm×5μm),经过梯度洗脱分离,流动相为乙腈-5 mmol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(pH=6.98±0.01),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm,经二极管阵列检测器高效液相色谱检测。21种染料成分在相应质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数R2>0.998;检出限范围为10~100μg/g;平均回收率范围为85.0%~113.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)范围为0.4%~4.0%。该方法简便、快速、测定结果可靠,适用了染发剂中21种禁限用染料成分的定量检测。

Determination of 21 Kinds of Banned and Restricted Dyestuffs in Hair Dyes by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

A detection method for determination of 21 kinds of banned and restricted dyestuffs in hair dyes by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established.21 kinds of dyestuff were extracted with mixture of ethanol and water(Vethanol/Vwater=1/1)by the ultrasonic extraction method.The separation was performed on a Welch Xtimate-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm×5μm)by gradient elution with solution of 5 mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate and acetonitrile and then determined by photo-diode array detector.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 280 nm.The results indicated that each compound showed good linearity in its own concentration range with correlation coefficient of R2>0.998.The limits of detection(LOD)were in the range of 10-100μg/g.The average recoveries were ranged from 85.02%to 113.9%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was in the range of 0.4%to 4.0%.The method is simple,rapid,reliable and accurate,which is suitable for determination of 21 kinds of banned and restricted dyestuffs in hair dyes.
