甲酸琥珀酯的合成研究

摘    要:以异长叶烯为原料,通过普林斯反应,在酸催化下与甲醛发生缩合反应,得到异长叶烯醇,再和甲酸反应最终得到相应的酯,甲酸是自身的催化剂。由以上两步反应可得到甲酸琥珀酯的两种异构体,并通过GC-MS、IR等方法对其进行表征。两步反应总收率为91.2%。该合成方法原料价廉易得,反应收率高,适合于工业生产。

Abstract:Using isolongifolene as the raw material, the condensation reaction was conducted with formaldehyde through Prins cyclization under acidic catalysis to obtain isolongifolenyl alcohol, then, it reacted with formic acid to finally obtain the corresponding ester Ambrorate. Total yield of two step reaction reached to 91.2%. The characteristics of product were confirmed by GC-MS, IR, etc. This synthetic method had the advantages of cheap and easy available of raw material, high yield, and it is suitable for industrial production.
