银耳多糖液晶霜制备及其保湿功效评价

摘    要:为制备银耳多糖保湿液晶霜,系统研究了烷基糖苷类和磷酸酯类液晶乳化剂对液晶形成的影响。采用绘制乳化剂-油-水三元相图的方法,根据液晶形成区域的大小选择最佳的液晶乳化剂为C14~22醇/C12~20烷基葡糖苷。通过单因素试验确定助乳化剂的种类、乳化剂与助乳化剂的最佳比例以及最佳的载药量。通过保湿评价和感官评价对银耳多糖液晶霜的保湿性能和肤感等进行了评定。

Abstract:To prepare the Tremella polysaccharide moisturizing liquid crystal cream,the influences of alkyl glycosides and phosphate ester liquid crystal emulsifiers on the formation of liquid crystal were systematically studied.By drawing the ternary phase diagram of emulsifier,oil and water,according to the size of liquid crystal forming region,the optimum liquid crystal emulsifier of C 14-22 alcohol/C 12-20 alkyl glucoside was selected.The kinds of co-emulsifier,the optimum ratio of emulsifier to co-emulsifier and the best drug loading amount were determined by single factor experiment.The efficacy of the product was evaluated by moisturizing evaluation and sensory evaluation.
