摘    要:建立了一种彩妆中17种禁用合成着色剂(溶剂红1、溶剂蓝35、酸性红73、酸性紫49、溶剂红49、分散黄3、颜料橙5、吖啶黄、颜料红53、苏丹红I、苏丹红Ⅱ、苏丹红Ⅲ、苏丹红Ⅳ、氯化四甲基副玫瑰苯胺、氯化五甲基副玫瑰苯胺、氯化六甲基副玫瑰苯胺、罗丹明B)的超高效液相色谱-质谱检测方法。以5 mmol/L乙酸铵-乙腈为流动相,用C18色谱柱分离,流速为0.4 mL/min,正负离子同时扫描模式下进行多反应离子监测(MRM)。结果表明化合物线性范围为0.5~1 000 ng/mL,彩妆中的17种禁用合成着色剂的检出限为0.00375~0.375 mg/kg,在低、中、高3个水平下加标,各目标化合物的回收率为63.1%~118.4%,相对标准偏差均低于10%。该方法前处理简单、分析准确,适用于彩妆中17种禁用合成着色剂的同时检测。

Abstract:A high ultra-performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry was developed for determination of 17 forbidden colorants(Solvent Red 1, Solvent Blue 35, Acid Red 73, Acid Violet 49, Solvent Red 49,Disperse Yellow 3, Pigment Orange 5, Acridine Yellow, Pigment Red 53, Sudan I, Sudan Ⅱ, Sudan Ⅲ, Sudan Ⅳ, tetra-methylpararosanilinechloride(TMPC), pentamethyltriphenylmethane(PMTPE), hexamethylenepararosaniline chloride(HMPC),Rhodamine B) in cosmetics. It was carried out with 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate aqueous solution-acetonitrile as the mobile phase. Seventeen forbidden colorants were separated on a C18 column at a flow rate of 0.4 mL/min. Multiple reaction ion monitoring(MRM) was performed in both positive and negative ion mode simutaneously. The results showed that the linear ranges were 0.5 ng/mL to 1 000 ng/mL, the qualitative detection limits in cosmetics were between 0.00375 to 0.375 mg/kg,the average recoveries at three spiked levels ranged from 63.1% to 118.4% with RSDs less than 10%. This method is simple,accurate, sensitive and reliable, and could be used for the analysis of 17 forbidden colorants in cosmetics.
