摘    要:利用高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱联用技术(HPLC-ICP-MS)建立了水剂和乳液类化妆品中8种有机锡化合物的检测方法。样品中分析物使用乙腈分散萃取,C4色谱柱分离,用配备加氧装置的ICP-MS检测。在最优化条件下,8种有机锡化合物在5.0~200.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9981;所建立方法的检出限和定量限分别为0.1~0.2 mg/kg和0.3~0.6 mg/kg;三水平添加回收试验的方法回收率在82.4%~94.9%之间,相对标准偏差小于7.1%。结果表明所建立方法具有良好的灵敏度、回收率和精密度,可满足化妆品中有机锡化合物的检测需要。

Abstract:A novel method for simultaneous determination of eight organic tins in aqueous and emulsion cosmetics by using high performance liquid chromatography tandem inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(HPLC-ICP-MS)was established.The analytes in the sample were dispersed and extracted by acetonitrile,separated on C4 chromatographic column and detected by ICP-MS with extra oxygenation device.Under the optimal conditions,eight organic tin compounds showed linear relationship in the range of 5.0 to 200.0μg/L with the correlation coefficients larger than 0.9981.The detection and quantitative limit of the method were 0.1 to 0.2 mg/kg and 0.3 to 0.6 mg/kg,respectively.The mean recoveries of three spiked levels were between 82.4%and 94.9%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 7.1%.These results showed that the method had good sensitivity,recoveries and precisions,which could meet the requirements of detection of organic tins in cosmetics.
