实时在线二氧化硫传感器的研制

摘    要:本文叙述了目前二氧化硫测量所存在的主要问题,研究了提高二氧化硫测量精度的传感机理,推导了参考光束和测量光束的强度比数学模型,针对该数学模型存在的非线性问题,给出了实时在线二氧化硫传感器的硬件及软件框图,并提出时间双光路二氧化硫测量气室的设计方法。实验表明,这种二氧化硫传感器的测量方法实现容易,测量精度高,抗干扰能力强,可实现工业现场二氧化硫实时在线测量,具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:The actuality and mostly problems have been recited about measurement of sulfur dioxide at present in this paper. The in tensity ratio math model of referrence and measure beam of light has been studied, using subsection linearity insert value method, the linearization of sensor has been realized for math model existent non- linearity issue. It has researched to advance SO2 survey pre cision and to bring forward time different channel design method in theory, the software frame of new type high- precision sulfur diox ide sensor has been presented. Experiment indicating, the method is easy realization, high- precision, anti- interference ability, as wel as real- time and on- line measurement etc.
