高等院校高层次人才流失成因及对策研究

摘    要:高等院校高层次人才的流失具有历史和现实的多重原因,与国际国内的形势、各个学校的人才环境、管理体系、文化崇尚及个人条件等有着紧密的关系.他们的流失给高等院校带来了直接和间接的损失,也使得高等教烫育面临着前所未有的挑战.各个高校应该结合自己的实际情况,研究制定科学而行之有效的对策,从而形成更加先进的、具备可操作性和系统性的人才管理模式.

Abstract:More inferior person of ability of colleges and universities higher levels runs off to possess history and real many restitutions because of,andinternal situation of internation,person of ability's environment of each school,man-agement system and civilization are uphold reaching personally the condition etc to possess the close together relation.Theirs run off to the colleges and universities to have brought directly with the indirect loss,and also make that the higher education is being faced with never existed before challenge.Each college should combine the real circumstances ofself,andstudies to lay down the countermeasure of scienceand effective,thus forms the human resource management model more advanced and that having operation nature and systematic nature.
