摘    要:针对目前国内汽轮机整体转子叶片销钉孔钻孔工序普遍存在的问题,采用高精度全数字交流伺服电机驱动整体转子分度机构,可将直径近2米的整体转子的圆周98万等分,并设计了智能化的钻削装置,使钻孔过程实现了钻削参数的动态显示、统计、运算及自动控制,提高了钻孔工作效率,杜绝了钻孔误差超出规定或折断钻头等重大事故,保证了生产的正常进行。

Abstract:Aim at the existent problems in the bore working procedure of pin hole of steamer rotor vane,the high precision and digital alternating-servo-electromotor is used to drive the whole-rotor graduator, which can divide the circumference of whole rotor with 2 meter diameter into 980 000 segmects. This bore device designed by us have the dynamic display, statistics calculation and automatic control function,which can improve the bore efficiency and avoid some casualties such as aiguille break bore error overrun and so on.
