摘    要:用Fe73Cu1Nb1.5Mo2Si13.5B9成分纳米晶软磁材料,加入适当添加剂,经模压成型和固化制备成磁粉芯,研究了所制备的磁粉芯的磁性能。结果表明:在频率0~300 kHz以内,磁粉芯磁导率具有良好的频率稳定性,品质因子Q最大可达到80;磁粉芯具有良好的直流偏磁特性及温度稳定性。

Abstract:The magnetic properties of soft magnetic powder core of nanocrystalline Fe73Cu1Nb1.5Mo2Si13.5B9 with additives were investigated. The results showed that the permeability of the core had the optimal stability of frequency and the quality coefficient reached 80 at most in the frequency range of ON300 kHz. The magnetic powder core had good direct current bias magnetic characteristic and the stability of temperature.
