渗透剂对棉织物前处理效果的影响

摘    要:文章探讨十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、XP-70、XP-50四种渗透剂在棉织物前处理对毛效和白度的影响。试验结果表明,在对棉织物进行前处理时,为取得较好的毛效和白度,需要阴离子型渗透剂和非离子型渗透剂复配使用。而且在复配时,应选用对棉织物的毛效影响较大的十二烷基苯磺酸钠与XP-70复配。

Abstract:The capillary effect and whiteness of cotton fabric which were pretreated with four kinds of penetrating agent, (the sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecylbenzene sulphonate, XP-70, XP- 50), were discussed. The results show that better capillary effect and whiteness were got through by mixing anionic penetrating agent and non-ionic penetrating agent. Furthermore, the combination between XP-70 and sodium dodecylbenzene sulphonate which has a better effect on the cotton fabric cap illary effect was best.
