喷油器压力波动补偿策略研究

摘    要:以一次主喷加一次后喷为研究模型,分析了两次喷射油量、共轨油压、燃油温度和两次喷射的时间间隔对后喷油量波动规律的影响,确定了以基准油量为核心的补偿策略,总结了喷油器压力波动补偿方法和标定方法.实验表明,补偿策略能够将后喷油量波动限制在允许范围内,为多次喷射模式下油量精确性提供了保障.

Abstract:Main injection plus post injection is used,the fuel quantity wave regular of post injection is affected by two injection quantities,rail pressure,fuel temperature and time interval between two injections.The core of the correction strategy is standard quantity.The pressure wave correction strategy and the calibration method are summarized.Experiment results show that,the correction strategy can limit the second fuel quantity in permitted band,which guarantee the fuel accuracy in multiple injections.
