错齿式迷宫密封齿形对泄漏量的影响

摘    要:以某型大功率机车传动齿轮箱轴端迷宫密封为研究对象,采用GAMBIT软件建立错齿式迷宫通道的二维结构化网格模型,应用FLUENT软件计算3种不同齿形及其夹角的变化对流场和泄漏量的影响。研究结果表明:直角梯形齿的背风齿比迎风齿具有更好的密封效果,而且存在最佳的齿顶角度30。使泄漏量最小;三角齿和等腰梯形齿具有相似的结论,即泄漏量与齿顶角度呈线性关系。

Abstract:With the research object as the labyrinth seal of the transmission gear box for a certain type of High-power locomotives,two-dimensional structured grid model of the interlocking labyrinth channel was set up by means of GAMBIT software in this paper.FLUENT software was used to calculate the influence of three different teeth shape and the change of the angle on the flow field and the leakage.The results show that leeward teeth of the right-angled of 30°has the minimum leakage;Triangle teeth and isosceles trapezoid teeth have a similar conclusion that the leakage is in a linear relationship with the rib-top angle.
