大型泵站低扬程泵装置效率指标的推算

摘    要:为了合理确定我国低扬程泵装置主要工况水力性能的考核指标,以适应我国大型低扬程泵站建设事业不断发展的需要,提出建立在水泵模型同台测试试验数据和流道优化水力设计研究成果基础上的推算低扬程泵装置效率的基本方法,即:泵装置效率由泵段效率和流道效率的乘积得到,其中,泵装置中的泵段效率由同台测试结果经修正后得到,流道效率由流道水力损失及泵装置扬程计算得到;应用该方法推算了大型泵站贯流泵装置和立式泵装置模型主要工况的效率考核指标。

Abstract:In order to determine the evaluation indexes of the pump system efficiency under the operation conditions for a pumping station with low head more reasonably and to meet the needs of the continuous development of large pumping stations in China,the basic method was obtained to calculate the pump system efficiency with low head based on the test data of pump models on the same test bed and the research results of the optimum hydraulic design for flow channel of the pump system.The pump system efficiency can be determined by multiplying the pump segment efficiency with the efficiency of the flow channel,where the pump segment efficiency in the pump system may be modified according to the results obtained from the pump model tests on the same test bed,and the efficiency of the flow channel may be calculated according to the hydraulic loss along he flow channel and pump system head.The evaluation indexes of the pump system efficiency under the operation conditions were calculated for the shaft tubular pump system and the vertical flow pump system of large pumping stations using the proposed method.
