凸轮轴表面粗糙度光整技术研究

摘    要:分析了电控燃喷系统用凸轮轴表面粗糙度的设计目标和实际磨削加工能力,提出了凸轮轴光整加工的必要性,结合凸轮轴表面粗糙度技术条件,对备选的砂带抛光研磨光整和滚磨光整2种技术方案,从光整效果和工艺成本角度进行比较,分析结果表明,滚磨光整技术更具比较优势,除降低粗糙度外,还能有效改善其表面纹理、耐磨性、疲劳强度和清洁度,有利于提高整体燃喷系统的工作性能和可靠性,项目实施效果良好.

Abstract:Designing specifications and actual grinding capability of camshaft surface roughness for electrically-controlled fuel injection system were analyzed in this paper,and necessity for polishing of camshaft was proposed.Two technologies such as tape polishing technology and free-stone-polishing were carried out on the point view of camshaft surface roughness specifications,and practical effects and costs between them were compared.It was showed by results that free-stone-polishing has more advantages over tape polishing technology,which can not only decrease roughness but also improve surface structure,wear resistance,fatigue strength and cleanliness,so it will contribute to improve working performance and higher reliability for fuel injection system.
