基于配电网中101规约传输方式的智能设计与仿真

摘    要:为使远动IEC60870-5-101规约(以下简称101规约)适应现代电力自动化设备不同传输模式兼容的应用需求,阐述了101规约的发展史、101规约非平衡和平衡传输方式在链路层上的特点以及101规约平衡模式传输设计的必要性;同时,针对平衡传输方式在应用上的空白,提出了一种智能传输方式的选择模式设计方案,并模拟现场运行环境进行参数配置,进行了仿真研究与实验测试。实验结果表明,参数配置合理、可行,通过模拟测试和报文分析,大大提高了电网通信系统中配电智能控制设备在应用中现场故障诊断的效率。

Abstract:For making remote 1 0 1 protocol adaptable to compatible application requirement of different transmission modes of modern electric automatic equipments,this paper states development history of IEC 60870-5-101 protocol,characteristics on link layer of unbalanced and balanced transmission modes of 1 0 1 protocol and necessity of transmission design for balanced mode of 1 0 1 protocol.Meanwhile,aiming at blank space in application of balanced transmission mode,it proposes selection mode design scheme for a kind of intelligent transmission mode and simulates field operational environment to proceed parameter configuration.In addition,it carries out simulation study and experimental testing.Experimental results indicate that parameter configuration is reasonable and feasible and by simulating testing and message analysis,it is able to greatly improve effectiveness for field fault diagnosis of distribution intelligent control devices in power grid communication system.
