摘    要:基于有限元软件ABAQUS的二次开发技术设计了火炮多体机构动力学分析专用系统,该系统能够实现火炮机构的参数化建模、多体动力学、零件结构力学的自动化仿真分析;对系统各功能模块的实现方法、内部调用机制以及开发的关键技术进行了讨论,并以火炮抽壳机构的多体动力学分析作为示例进行了演示,表明该分析系统有效简化了火炮机构分析的操作过程,可有效地提高火炮机构的设计效率。

Customized Application of Multi-Body System Analysis for Artillery Weapons

Abstract:A dynamic system for artillery weapon design, which can implement parameterization modeling, dynamic simulation and finite elements analysis of the artillery weapon mechanisms, is developed based on the Multi-Body system analysis by customization development technology of ABAQUS. There also deals with the implement method of the functional modules and the calling Mechanism between these modules. At last, one example of cartridge case extraction mechanism is simulated on this system. The customized application is of significant importance to shortening the period of simulation, and improving efficiency of mechanism design.
