| 摘 要： | BPR的提出为企业树立流程的观念开拓了思路，但在实际实施中BPR也存在不少问题。本文提出了超越BPR的流程管理的管理理念，介绍了它的原理，井归纳出一套切实可行的BEP方法论模型。
