轧制吹扫喷嘴结构仿真优化

摘    要:为优化吹扫用喷嘴内部结构,改善吹扫效果,运用CFD软件对几种典型结构的喷嘴的内部流动进行了有限元仿真,得到了相应的流动特性参数等结果。对比分析了仿真结果,结合各种结构的加工工艺性,提出了渐进抛物线型截面的喷嘴结构方案。最后通过试验数据,证明了采用该结构的喷嘴具有一定的优越性。

Abstract:To optimize the structure and improve the efficiency of blowing nozzles for rolling,the interior flowage of several nozzles with different structure was simulated by FEM,the flow parameters were got.The nozzle with a gradual-changing parabola section was presented based on the simulation result and machining technics.The experimental results show that this nozzle has better performance.
