PWM控制系统中的电磁兼容设计

摘    要:分析了脉宽调制(PWM)控制系统中产生电磁干扰的因素,讨论了电磁干扰的传递方式和抑制电磁干扰的方法,以及在设计PWM控制系统中应注意的要点,即注意元器件和电路的合理选择与分类布置、妥善安排系统中的地线、正确应用屏蔽、合理利用滤波技术,在PWM控制系统设计的全过程中都应重视电磁兼容性的设计,以保证PWM伺服控制系统的电气性能和可靠性.

Abstract:Electromagnetic compatibility is very important in PWM control system because electromagnetic interference can directly effect the successful operation of the system. This paper reports the studies on the electromagnetic compatibility of PWM control system, the basic factors that generate the electromagnetic interference in PWM control system are analyzed, and a method to suppress the interference is presented. The experience of designing electromagnetic compatibility of PWM servo systems is described. Then, it summaries key points: properly classifying and arranging circuits, properly arranging grounding lines, correctly fixing the shield, reasonably using filter. Finally, it points out that electromagnetic compatibility should be considered seriously from the beginning of design to the end, so as to ensure the performance and reliability of the system.
