水解酸化-A2/O -MBR-BAC组合工艺处理焦化废水试验研究

摘    要:为解决焦化行业废水处理不达标的问题,试验研究了水解酸化-A2/O -膜生物反应器(MBR)-活性炭过滤(BAC)的组合工艺处理焦化废水的可行性.结果表明,进水NH3-N的质量浓度为88 mg/L左右时,出水NH3-N的质量浓度稳定在3 mg/L左右,组合工艺对NH3-N的去除率能达到96%.同时,进水CODCr的质量浓...

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the quality of the effluent water from coking wastewater treatment process can′t meet the discharge standard,the feasibility of hydrolysis acidification-A2/O-MBR-BAC combined process treating coking wastewater was studied through the test.The results showed that,when the mass concentration of NH3-N in the influent water was about 88 mg/L,the mass concentration of NH3-N in the effluent water kept a stable value of 3 mg/L,and the removal rate of NH3-N reached 96%.Meanwhile,when the influent CODCr mass concentration was about 970 mg/L,the removal rate of CODCr could reach 90%,the effluent water quality met the specification for grade 1 in GB 8978—1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.It could be seen that,using the said technology to treat coking wastewater could get a satisfying effect.
