Abstract:Taking the high-concentration phosphorus-containing wastewater from a pharmaceutical company in Taizhou as the research object,the effects of CaCl2 sedimentation and struvite crystallization on its treatment were investigated respectively.The influences of CaCl2 dosage and pH value on total phosphorus removal were discussed;besides,the effects of pH value,n(N) ∶ n(P) and n(Mg) ∶ n(P) on struvite formation were also studied.The results of the test showed that,when the mass concentration of the total phosphorus(calculated by P) in the influent water was 374.50 mg/L,the pH value was 10.0,the CaCl2 dosage was 5 g/L,the removal rate of phosphorus reached 98%.Under the condition that,pH value was 10.0,n(N) ∶ n(P) = 1,n(Mg) ∶ n(P) = 1,97% of phosphorus changed into struvite.
