摘    要:为提高某低品位铜镍硫化矿石选矿指标,在充分研究矿石性质及现场存在问题的基础上,采用新工艺流程和药剂制度,进行混合浮选,在原矿镍品位0.714%、铜品位0.446%情况下,获得了镍品位6.45%、铜品位5.04%,镍回收率69.40%、铜回收率86.76%的混合精矿。该工艺已成功应用于工业实际。

Abstract:In order to upgrade the mineral processing index of a low-grade copper-nickel sulfide ore, a bulk flotation flowsheet with optimized reagent scheme was adopted after a thorough study on ore properties and on-site problems. With the feed ore assaying 0.714% Ni and 0.446% Cu, a bulk concentrate was finally produced with Ni grade and recovery of 6.45% and 69.40%, and Cu grade and recovery of 5.04% and 86.76%, respectively. This approach has been applied successfully into industrial practice.
