摘    要:以智能采矿的平台架构为基础,理论研究了矿山智能采矿的核心架构及其关键技术,通过对三宁矿业挑水河磷矿案例进行详细分析,系统阐述了井下矿山智能采矿体系的平台架构及实现途径。研究结果表明,智能采矿的关键在于开发井下矿山的基础信息数字平台、采掘设备智能平台、生产信息管控平台、通讯网络传输系统,形成“三平台一系统”的智能采矿核心架构; 智能采矿有利于矿山本质安全的构建,三宁矿业智能采矿的实践初步实现了高危岗位的“机械化换人、自动化减人”。

Abstract:On the basis of an intelligent mining platform structure, the core structure and key technologies for intelligent mining in mines were explored theoretically. After detailed analysis of the cases in Tiaoshuihe Phosphorus Mine of Sanning Mining Co Ltd, a systematical explanation of the platform structure of intelligent mining system and approaches for implementation were presented. It is found that the key to intelligent mining is to develop a digital platform of basic information, an intelligent platform for excavating equipment, a production information management platform, as well as communication and network transmission system for underground mining, so as to form the core structure of intelligent mining consisting of “three platforms and one system”. Intelligent mining system is beneficial to ensuring the safety in mine. The practice of intelligent mining in Sanning Mining Co Ltd has preliminarily realized the “substitution of manpower with machine and reduction of manpower by automation” for some highly risk task.
