梅山混合铁矿石磁选梯级回收工艺优化与实践

摘    要:针对梅山铁矿原磁选回收工艺流程存在的问题,研究了水平磁场和垂直磁场脉动高梯度强磁机对磁性矿物的吸附作用力,分析了2种磁场脉动高梯度强磁机的优缺点和适用范围,结合梅山混合矿矿石性质差异,优化了磁选高效梯级回收工艺。新工艺实施后,弱磁-强磁回收系统尾矿品位下降了1.28个百分点,精矿产率上升了1.47个百分点,金属回收率提高了1.68个百分点,减少了选矿湿尾排放量,降低了尾矿输送成本,缓解了尾矿库堆积压力。

Abstract:In view of the existing problems in magnetic separation process of Meishan Iron Mine, the adsorption force of pulsating high gradient magnetic separators(HGMS) with horizontal magnetic field and vertical magnetic field, respectively, on magnetic minerals was investigated. The advantages and disadvantages of these two kinds of HGMSs and their application scopes were analyzed. In consideration of difference in the properties of Meishan mixed ore, the stepwise recovery technique by magnetic separation process was optimized. With this new technique, iron grade in the tailings from low and high intensity magnetic recovery system was decreased by 1.28 percentage point, the concentrate yield was increased by 1.47 percentage point, and metal recovery increased by 1.68 percentage point. As the discharge of wet tailings was decreased, the transportation cost of tailings can be reduced, which thus can relieve the pressure on storage capacity of tailings dam.
