摘    要:对辉钼矿进行微波活化预处理,研究了微波功率、微波作用时间及物料质量对辉钼矿活化预焙烧后脱硫效果的影响,并与常规氧化焙烧进行了对比。研究结果表明,辉钼矿吸波性能良好,在微波功率0.64 kW、物料质量30 g、微波作用时间6 min条件下,微波预焙烧后所得钼焙砂的硫含量比常规处理方式显著降低了65.47%(相对量)。

Abstract:In an experimental research, the microwave-assisted pre-roasting of molybdenite for activation was performed and effects of microwave power, radiation time and mass quantity on the desulfurization of molybdenite after activation by pre-roasting were investigated. Compared with the traditional oxidizing roasting, it is found that molybdenite concentrate has a good microwave absorption performance, and  the sulfur content in the obtained molybdum calcine was remarkably reduced by 65.47%(relative quantity) after microwave-assisted pre-roasting process with 30 g molybdenite under microwave radiation of 0.64 kW for 6 min.
